Everything is working Great, I have to repeat myself when I tell you
this is one of the best news servers I have been on, I hope that it can
remain with such great quality and excellent Customer service ;o)
I can't believe the quality of the customer service. You guys have
actually respond to my emails. I even got someone to call me back on
the phone. This is definitely where my Usenet dollars are going to stay.

Customer service is what makes the difference. Ultrafeed is a leader in
the industry. We know who feeds us, you do, and we'll do whatever it
takes to make you happy.
One of the best ways to support our newsgroup subscribers is to have an
Ultrafeed Support newsgroup. If you already have access to the
Ultrafeed server, simply refresh your group list and go to the group
ultrafeed.support. This group acts as a great FAQ and customer service
bulletin board. We regularly update that group. If there are major
service issues we can tell everyone what is happening and what
corrective action is being taken.
You can send us an email
and during normal business hours you will get a reply shortly. We also
answer email after hours from home in the evening, on weekends and
holidays.
There is also telephone support at 574-674-6767 during normal business
hours..
