Your system is getting better and better everyday. The retention and
completion is very good.

Everything is working Great, I have to repeat myself when I tell you
this is one of the best news servers I have been on, I hope that it can
remain with such great quality and excellent Customer service ;o)
I can't believe the quality of the customer service. You guys have
actually respond to my emails. I even got someone to call me back on
the phone. This is definitely where my Usenet dollars are going to stay.

5/22/2007 - We have lots of issues with the backend servers and the feed. Unfortunaltely
we are at the point that we need to wipe the spool clean and restart a new feed. You will
need to get all headers before downloading articles.
3/6/2007 - The techs are working on the feed server. New posts will spool shortly.
12/13/2006 - We've been having an issue with the headers. The network
team is working on resolving the issue.
6/3/2006 - The feed server had issues and was not sending new headers.
We fixed the issue and the new headers are now loading up.
It will take a few hours to catch up, but the problem has been solved.
